& Service Agreement

1. Nature of Services

Liminal North offers intuitive clarity sessions, spiritual guidance, energetic readings, and related services. All sessions are conducted by T., founder of Liminal North Holdings LLC.

These sessions are intended solely for spiritual guidance, personal reflection, and self-exploration. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and no clinical diagnosis, treatment, or professional advice is provided.

2. Acknowledgment of Limitations

By booking a session, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

I understand that Liminal North and its founder are not licensed medical professionals, psychotherapists, attorneys, or financial advisors. I understand that sessions do not constitute therapy, counseling, medical treatment, legal advice, or financial guidance. I understand that intuitive and spiritual guidance cannot predict future events and that no specific outcomes are promised or guaranteed. I will continue to seek appropriate licensed professional support for any medical, psychological, legal, or financial matters. I am fully responsible for any decisions I make as a result of information received during a session.

3. Liability Waiver

I agree that Liminal North Holdings LLC and its founder hold no legal liability for any decisions made, actions taken, or outcomes experienced as a result of information, guidance, or insight shared during a session. I enter into this agreement voluntarily and of my own free will.

4. Confidentiality

All session content is strictly confidential and will not be shared with any third party without my explicit consent, except where required by law. I agree not to record sessions without prior written consent from Liminal North.

5. Session Boundaries

Liminal North does not provide readings related to legal, pregnancy, or health-related matters. Sessions are conducted for the individual who has booked. No third-party readings are provided.

If a general Intuitive Clarity Session becomes primarily focused on career, leadership, or business matters, the conversation may be redirected and a Career Session or Business and Founder Coaching session recommended.

Liminal North reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone at any time for any reason.

6. Payment and Cancellation Policy

Payment is required at the time of booking. Sessions are not confirmed until payment has cleared.

More than 48 hours before session: full refund. Less than 48 hours before session: no refund.

Sessions may be rescheduled once with more than 48 hours notice. Requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session will be treated as a cancellation and are non-refundable.

Because time and energetic preparation are reserved specifically for each client, late cancellations and missed appointments are non-refundable.

Tarot Reading by T. purchases are final sale and non-refundable after questions have been submitted.

7. Age Requirement

I confirm that I am 18 years of age or older.

8. Marketing Consent

General session themes may occasionally be used in marketing or promotional materials. All names and identifying information will be removed to protect confidentiality. I will indicate my marketing consent separately at the time of booking.

9. Diversity and Inclusion

All clients are welcomed, respected, and honored equally. Discrimination of any kind is not tolerated.

10. Agreement

By proceeding with booking, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to all terms of this Informed Consent and Service Agreement. I enter into this agreement voluntarily and understand the nature of the services being provided.
